Summer Hog Roast with Tim McCarthy

Following the success of last year's event, Tim McCarthy of McCarthy's Craft Butchers Kanturk, will be cooking a pig on a spit at Manning's Emporium.

Tim will be carving the pig at 2pm and it will be first come first served.
